Welcome! I am a certified life coach, degreed professional, and passionate guide dedicated to helping you navigate the complexities of emotional regulation, vulnerability, and self-actualization. With a deep-seated belief in the power of personal growth, my mission is to support you in improving the various personal and professional relationships that define our connections with each other and the world.

Continued Purpose:
My journey into life coaching is built on a foundation of expertise and empathy. I hold a certification in life coaching, complemented by an extensive study in how avoidant behaviors contribute to the limiting beliefs we harbor about ourselves and our surroundings. Additionally, I am a Usi Reiki practitioner, a 300-hour certified yoga teacher, and an intuitive relational medium. These diverse skills empower me to provide holistic support tailored to your unique needs.

Before embracing my role as a life coach, I cultivated a rich background in performance art. This experience has profoundly shaped my understanding of human expression and connection, allowing me to bring a unique, empathetic perspective to my practice. I am deeply committed to helping those ready to challenge themselves, harness the value of their experiences, and embark on a transformative journey toward strength and honesty.

1:1 Customized Coaching Package Program
This platform provides an intimate strategy driven approach to focus on desired personal points of change. We will work together on a "1on1" basis to specifically outline what areas of improvement that you would like to address and create a strategic empathetic approach for attaining lasting transformation. Additionally, clients will have included access to the "Let it Change You" digital course, where they will be able to work asynchronously through course materials, developing tools that allow you to continue on your journey towards individually conceived ideas of success.

The "Let It Change You" Immersive Course
In this signature course, clients will have the opportunity receive feedback, as they participate in an in-depth asynchronous digital course to develop mastery of their present emotional life and attain healthy access to "exposed vulnerability" for the purpose of nurturing dynamic and stable relationships with yourself, partners and friends, colleagues and the world around you. Clients will work through a foundational
digital course in addition to sharing their progress and receiving private reflections that will help integrate all learned material into transformative practices that will shape how deeply you connect with your life's purpose.

"Crescendo Point" Maximization
Coaching
Based on psychological research in "Critical Point" theory, this mini-coaching system focuses on integrating foundational lessons by capturing meaning at the precipice of significant life-changes. This module is best utilized for those who are at an important crossroads in their personal, relational or professional journey, and require immediate, objective, non-judgmental feedback to allow you to make a suitable decision and encapsulate the emotional "breadcrumbs" that lead you to this crescendo point.

Metaphysical Healing Services
Utilizing holistic energetic practices, clients can reserve metaphysical healing services in the form of energetic Reiki healing, private yoga and meditation sessions, and therapeutic grounding sessions, as an add on to their coaching program for a nominal fee. Booking these sessions as a stand-alone service will be available through assessment and consultation only. Certain restrictions may apply.
